Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas 194g, chopped
  • 2 cups 253g cubed fresh peaches (about 3 medium peaches)
  • 2 cups 320g cubed fresh papaya
  • 1 cup 260ml coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • Pinch flaky salt optional

Instructions

  • Place bananas, peaches, papaya, coconut milk, and cinnamon in a blender and blend until smooth, with no chunks of fruit remaining.
  • Add the lime juice and pinch of flaky salt (if desired). Blend until combined.
  • Add the ice and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into tall glasses and serve while still cold.

Notes:

Best eaten on the day it’s made. If you are serving this to guests, be aware that the bananas will discolor and darken the smoothie over time.
If you would like the smoothie less thick, add an additional 1 cup of ice and continue blending until smooth.
If you would like the smoothie sweeter, add 1 tablespoon of honey.
