As the long weekend gives way to back-to-school routines, this week is filled with dinners that feed everyone without overthinking it. Start with Shredded BBQ Tofu Bowls with Apple Fennel Slaw or a Cheesy Mini Meatloaf for a family-friendly classic, while Crock Pot Honey Garlic Chicken keeps another weeknight hands-off.
