What is Rose Cardamom Simple Syrup Used For?
Rose cardamom simple syrup is the foundation for multiple floral drinks and desserts. It adds delicate sweetness and warm spice to lemonade, cocktails (including this Rose Cardamom Cocktail and its Non-Alcoholic version), and hot drinks like tea or lattes. It also enhances desserts, stirred into whipped cream for a lightly floral twist (try it in my Chantilly Cream) or drizzled over cakes for an instant boost of flavor.

Expert Tips
- Only stir in the rose water after the syrup has cooled. Heat dulls its delicate floral aroma and weakens the flavor.
- Taste as you go. Rose water strength varies by brand. Start small and adjust.
