Add 2 ounces Pentire Adrift or other non-alcoholic gin.
Add ½ -1 ounce (1–2 tablespoons) of homemade Rose Cardamom Simple Syrup, adjusting to taste.
Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a coupe, martini, or cocktail glass.
Top with sparkling water and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
Garnish with crushed rose petals if desired and serve immediately.
