Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add 2 ounces Pentire Adrift or other non-alcoholic gin.
  • Add ½ -1 ounce (1–2 tablespoons) of homemade Rose Cardamom Simple Syrup, adjusting to taste.
  • Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain into a coupe, martini, or cocktail glass.
  • Top with sparkling water and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
  • Garnish with crushed rose petals if desired and serve immediately.

Notes:

Use ½ ounce of syrup for a lighter floral flavor or 1 ounce for a stronger and sweeter taste.
Use food-grade rose petals only
Perfect drink for those who are zebra-striping (drinking an alcoholic cocktail and then a non-alcoholic one) for moderation.
