Rose Cardamom Cocktail

A light, floral gin cocktail with rose, cardamom, citrus, and bubbles; elegant but easy to make.

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Pour in the gin and rose cardamom simple syrup.
  • Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds, until the shaker feels icy cold.
  • Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
  • Top with sparkling water and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
  • Garnish with crushed rose petals and serve immediately.

Notes:

Use ½ ounce of syrup for a lighter floral flavor or 1 ounce for a stronger and sweeter taste.
Use food-grade rose petals only
Combine this drink with the Non-Alcoholic version; perfect for those who are zebra-striping (drinking an alcoholic cocktail and then a non-alcoholic one) for moderation.
